New customers must perform the following steps to be able to buy on our website:
1) The customer must register by entering: name, user, email and password.
2) Select the articles on the web, adding them to the shopping cart
3) The payment process is carried out in a single step in which: the shipping and billing information is confirmed, the transport is chosen, the payment method and the payment is made.
4) If the previous step ends successfully, the client receives an email with complete information about the purchase.
All credit card transactions in our online store use a secure connection and come directly from the bank that receives this data. No data is stored on our servers which makes the payment totally secure. The data circulates in an encrypted way via SSL protocol and is only visible among banking entities participating in the transaction.
Residents in the European Union: The prices of the products displayed on our website include the Value Added Tax (VAT).
Rest of the world: Purchases made by natural or legal persons residing in non-EU countries will be exempt from VAT payment
Taxes or entrance fees will always be charged to the client.
All our shipments are made by urgent transport agency.
The estimated delivery times in business days are:
Peninsula and Balearic Islands from 2 to 6 days
Europe from 3 to 7 days
Rest of the world from 3 to 10 days
Resto del mundo de 3 a 10 días

The shipping costs will be paid by the customer except for special promotions and depend on the delivery address. For information purposes the approximate prices would be: Spain € 9, Europe € 19 - € 46 and Rest of the world € 25 - € 50

Returns & Exchanges
If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of fifteen days, counting from the delivery date to execute the right of return.
In case of return, shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, the collection costs will be paid by the customer (with the exception of defective items).
The refund will be made to the buyer's credit card.
Important return information: The item must be returned unused and in fifteen days from the date of receipt. Use the original packaging for shipment, if the item is damaged in the transport may not be accepted for return.
2. Defective item
An item is considered defective if it is received with the defect. If you want to return a defective item, keep in mind that it will only be replaced by an equal one.
